Temporary Network Outage Affecting Package Tracking due to USPS Link malfunction
The Palau Post Office wishes to inform our valued customers that we are currently experiencing a technical network outage.
What This Means for You:

• Tracking Status: Online tracking system will not update to show that packages have ARRIVED or are READY FOR PICKUP in Koror Post Office.
• Acceptance scan: Tracking system will not show an acceptance scan when sending outbound mail items.

Our Recommendation:
While our team works diligently to restore the network, we kindly ask all customers expecting mail or parcels to:

• Visit the Post Office in person.
• Check your P.O. Box regularly for arrival slips and packages.

We understand the frustration this may cause and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and continued support as we work to get our systems back online.
