Welcome to the all new Palau Post Office Information System!

The Palau Post Office has been around for a long time. And from the first time it opened until early April this year, the Post Office had been using the old and outdated Integrated Retail Terminal systems, which were provided by the United States Postal Service.  These older systems became obsolete 5 years ago and the gap for improvement only widened.

And so under the Remengesau administration, a move to replace the system was made. Approximately 6 months later, on April 21, 2014, the system was launched from its beta phase and went live. The new system mirrors its predecessor, but comes with a few tricks of its own, including an array of dynamic reports, stamp management capabilities, website management controls, and the ability to import and update its rates to match those used by the USPS.
