45th Pacific Islands Forum
This July, Palau will be hosting the 45th Pacific Islands Forum.
To commemorate this event, the Palau Post Office has created a new stamp sheet which will be unveiled on the 28th of July and will be available for purchase by all local and international collectors at the Collector’s Corner of the Post Office and the Palau Post Office website respectively.
This commemorative sheet will contain six 45¢ stamps and will come with the option of a special stamp sheet album with a golden seal of the government on the front. The stamps were given a 45¢ value to identify with the 45th Pacific Islands Forum.
An estimate of over 400 people will be coming to Palau to attend the Forum. The main events will be taking place from the 29th of July to the 1st of August.
